My name is Degraft Osei Kwame Jnr. Thank you for visiting our E-Magazine.
My hospitality career spans working on major hotel projects involving opening Michelin-starred restaurants like Fera @ Claridges, The Collins Room and The Blue Bar at The Berkeley hotel as well as the industry-acclaimed Refuel staff restaurant also at The Berkeley Hotel all in London.
I have designed stock management and control systems for F & B divisions for 5* hotels and have being involved in training managers, managing huge budgets as well as managing health and safety for some of the world’s most prestigious and notable hotels and restaurants.
I am a Chartered Manager and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, and have attended senior management programmes including the successful change management as well as the international relations courses both at the university of Oxford.
I really enjoy blogging and vlogging and thus set up this online Lifestyle Magazine to write mostly about food, travel, hotels, healthy living and social stuff. Personally, I just love food ! You should see my belly 🙂
I usually visit cool places around the world and post photos and videos on this site and across our multiple social media platforms. Sometimes, our fans share their photos and videos too !
